* Two community rooms are available to hire, one meeting room and one coffee room which are separated by a sliding door partition, the first price is for one room and the second price is a discounted rate for both rooms. Both are wheelchair accessible.
A fully equipped kitchen is available for use during parties.
Children’s/Teenage Parties ages 1 – 17: £45 for the first 3 hours and then £5.00 per hour thereafter for the hire of the hall + £75 refundable deposit (once the building has been checked and found to have been left in good order, alarm system set and doors and windows securely locked.)
Adult parties: £45 for the first 3 hours and then £10.00 per hour thereafter + £100 refundable deposit (once the building has been checked and found to have been left in good order, alarm system set and doors and windows securely locked.
INSURANCE – All hirers shall be responsible for carrying their own Public Liability Insurance, a copy of which must be supplied with the hire application. Alternatively, when hiring the building for a “one off” event i.e. parties or meetings, a payment equivalent to 10% of the total hiring fee should be paid which subscribes the hirer to the group policy held by the Hollingdean Development Trust.
Failure to leave the building in good order, windows and doors secure and most importantly the alarm set may result in loss of some or all of the deposit retained
